Moving from the beach to the heart of LA, we turned our lenses toward the city’s iconic streets and landmarks. 

The cityscapes, whether taken from towering rooftop vantage points or bustling sidewalks, told a story of movement and energy.

Using Fujifilm Instax polaroids, we played with instant film to capture LA’s charm in a way that felt both timeless and candid, blending the old-school feel of analog with the ever-changing pulse of the city.

While Canon’s precision allowed us to highlight the textures of the beach, the movement of the waves, and the sun-kissed details of the coastal landscape.

Every shot was designed to convey the unfiltered beauty and freedom of California’s surf culture.

Shooting outside the Beverly Hills Hotel, we framed classic palm-lined avenues against the vibrant pinks and greens of the building, creating a nostalgic yet modern contrast. 

Using GoPro’s action capabilities, we immersed ourselves in the surf, capturing shots from the water’s perspective. Our shoots focused on the raw energy of the ocean—surfers carving through waves, the golden sand meeting the deep blue water, and the sun setting over the horizon.

We photographed individuals against the backdrop of crashing waves and
sun-drenched architecture. Whether it was a surfer rinsing off under a beachside shower at golden hour, each image reflected the connection between people and their surroundings.
